For Ready Stock, the MOQ depends on the number of colors in a particular chart, generally ranging between 70–100 meters per color. For Custom Development, the MOQ is 1,000 meters per color, applicable to any new quality, construction, or shade created specifically for a client.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
Ready Stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability. Custom Development orders usually require 45–60 days from confirmation of order and approval of shade or quality, depending on complexity.
